MANILA, Philippines — Davao-based businessman Dennis Uy and the Antonio family have partnered for a joint venture that would develop a portion of Uy’s 177-hectare Clark Global City in Pampanga.
Global Gateway Development Corp. (GGDC) and Century Properties Group Inc. signed a memorandum of agreement last week to develop 2.6 hectares of the 177-hectare Clark Global City. The joint venture will develop the 2.6-hectare into a mix of residential and office buildings.
